1000-2000kg/h Laundry Soap Production Line from Oil as Raw Material
Laundry soap production line with oil as raw material:
Starting with raw animal and vegetable oil, produce semi-finished soap noodles, and then produce
laundry soaps.
Palm oil and coconut oil are generally used. After the oil saponification reaction, the semi-finished soap
noodles are produced through the vacuum drying system, and then connected to the forming line to
produce soap. This is laundry soap.
Using vacuum drying system, the fatty acid content of soap particles or finished soap is 57% - 80%.
Capacity: 1000 kg / H ~ 4000 kg / h
Features:
1. Raw material oil is used as raw material, which greatly reduces the cost of raw materials. The product
quality is controlled at the source.
