Soap Noodles Making Machine
(Soap Granulator)
This machine is used to produce laundry soap bar starting from materials oil and caustic soda. Capacity is 300 kg/hr.
Basic process is to put the oil and soda lye into the saponification tank with automatic mixer and then discharge out the liquid soap base out to wait for drying naturally. Collect the dried soap blocks and put into the fully automatic finishing production line, including soap granulator, mixer, three roller mill, vacuum plodder, and cutting machine. The dimension and pattern of the soap can be made by customer’s requirements. Machines are made of carbon steel.

Soap granulator is used to grind, refine and extrude the soap particles after vacuum drying, so as to improve the transparency and quality of soap. Its working principle is to use the transmission of spiral blade to make the soap particles fully contact and squeeze inside the barrel wall, push the soap particles forward to the muzzle through the rotating spiral blade, its own weight and the friction with the shell, and cut them into particles by the orifice scraper at the head to become soap particles (semi-finished products).
