It is especially suitable for purification and regeneration of hydraulic oil, mechanical oil, cooling oil, refrigeration oil, gear oil, turbine oil, diesel oil, heat treatment oil and other lubricants in petroleum, chemical industry, mining, metallurgy, electric power, transportation, machinery manufacturing, railway and other industries.

 

2. Working Principle:

  

The oil to be purified enters the coarse filter from the oil inlet valve under vacuum, filter out the larger particles of impurities. When heating to the set temperature (controlled by the automatic constant temperature digital display temperature control instrument), enter the coalescence demulsification to remove oil of liquid water separator. Then into the double-stage vacuum separation chamber. The oil goes through 3 d flash vessel, atomizer, bust the hot oil atomization, step by step goes in the two-stage efficient separation tower and forms great area oil film, the water and the gas in the oil will be vaporizing sharply under high vacuum, to realize the separation of oil, gas and water. The separated oil is pumped out through a special oil pump and sent to a precision filter to remove the mechanical particles in the oil to complete a purification cycle.

 

 

3. Features:

 

1. The demulsification of the filter element can be more thorough and the life of the filter element can be up to ten years without replacement.

 

2. The German compound three-dimensional flash evaporation technology is adopted to rapidly separate the water and gas in the oil to achieve high degassing and dehydration efficiency. After treatment, the water content in the oil is 50PPm and the gas content is 0.1%. This system is maintenance free.

 

3. Strong demulsification ability, the use of German microgram technology, the complete filtration of oil in the solution water and other trace water, put an end to the oil after treatment again rebound emulsification.

 

4. Western polymer magnetic materials are adopted as the filtration equipment, and the deep and high-precision FH rectangular filtration system is adopted to ensure the high filtration accuracy. On the one hand, the particle size containing impurities after filtration is 5μm, and the cleanliness is 6 (NAS1638).

 

5. The trapezoidal spiral automatic recoiling system not only eliminates the tedious procedures of manually cleaning impurities, but also prolongs the service life of the filter element.

 

6. Double floating ball liquid level control and anti-oil running system are used to completely realize that the oil will never run out during the operation of the equipment. The oil can be filtered online without any person on duty and the man-machine separation can be achieved. Under the condition of unmanned monitoring, the equipment can be operated online and continuously for more than 800 hours.

 

7. In terms of condensation, the machine adopts the proprietary technology -- medium condenser to cool water vapor, which overcomes the defects of water cooling and air cooling in the previous oil filter, avoids the re-emulsification pollution of vacuum pump oil, and prolongs the service life of the vacuum pump.

 

8. Penetrated the flange type carbon fiber heating, safe and reliable heating system, the optimization of pipeline design, to ensure that no "dead oil", and the oil temperature can be adjusted between 20-80 ℃, constant temperature heating. At the same time, according to the climate, there are automatic and manual heating options.
